When we arrived, we were greeted by a super pleasant person at the front desk, and then introduced to Michael — who was absolutely phenomenal. Michael was patient, kind, respectful, and just overall wonderful. The test drive went great, and when it came time to review the numbers, I braced myself for the typical experience I’ve had in the past. Instead, I was thrilled to find it was the complete opposite. Michael provided clear options, explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and never once tried to double-talk or upsell me.
