Their dealership happens to be on the way to a stone supplier where I needed to pick up an order. I toyed with the idea of turning into ther driveway, but only if it was before the turnoff for the quarry. It was. I walked in, told the receptionist that I was interested in the SUV and was graciously referred to Michelle Sabine. What joy! Michelle was, and is the most warm, sincere and honest salesperson that I have ever met. Within five minutes of talking with her, I felt as if I were buying a new car from an old friend. Her pure professionalism, thoroughness and straightforward manner made my encounter at Volvo both comfortable and carefree. Michelle, as I later learned, had spent years as a sales consultant with Lexus, ironically the very car I was trading in. Her knowledge and experience within the luxury car market, combined with a seemingly endless supply of charm garnished her that most coveted prize-- my trust. The new car arrived in 1,5 month (from my first contact with Volvo of Princeton till the car was available for me to pick up from the dealer’s parking lot). This is a very short wait-time compared to other dealers I checked with. To add on to that credit – I live 70 miles away from the dealer and all the deal was done over phone and internet. I made a trip to the dealer only once – to pick up the car. That really goes a long way as a great time saver. Staff is professional and courteous. I dealt with Michelle and the finance person was Danny. I didn’t trade in my car because I managed to sell it by myself, but given the fact that my old car was in an accident the preliminary quote given to me by Volvo of Princeton written on the new vehicle build order – was reasonable. To Whom it may concern: I am writing to thank the Long To Whom it may concern: I am writing to thank the Long family and Volvo of Princeton for going out of there way to accommodate my wife and I when w To Whom it may concern: I am writing to thank the Long family and Volvo of Princeton for going out of there way to accommodate my wife and I when we were in need.  On November 20th I had a minor accident with my XC70.  After calling Volvo of Princeton a technician came out,picked up my car, and dropped off a brand new XC90.  Being so close to Thanksgiving my insurance provider would not be out to look at the damage until November 28th.  I received my XC70 last night, December 6th, in perfect shape from the dealer certified repair shop which was a bit over 2 weeks after the accident.  During this time my wife who is pregnant with twins went into pre term labor.  My wife and I only own 1 vehicle.  If Volvo of Princeton had not left a car for us it would have been very difficult and stressful for my wife and I to make it to the hospital at 1 in the morning.  I cannot thank the Long family and Volvo of Princeton enough for looking out for there customers and especially my wife.  Thank you again.
