Both Chris Long and Russ Sabine went the extra mile for me while I was shopping for a new car, offering extended test drives, not pressuring me or calling me, etc. Both of them were friendly, polite, and me while I was shopping for a new car, offering extended test drives, not pressuring me or calling me, etc. Both of them were friendly, polite, and laid-back in their approach, and extremely patient. Chris also helped me set up my new car upon delivery and has called me after delivery to ask if there's anything else he can do, ask how the car is, how I'm enjoying it, etc. (No problems, it's a great car and I love it.) I also wanted to mention one thing that might interest a new purchaser in buying from Princeton Volvo or one of their related dealerships in particular. They are a large volume dealer and have a lot of cars on the lot to choose from. They also sell a lot of cars, which means that they get a favorable production allocation, if you prefer to order your car from the factory. In fact, Chris was able to turn one of his pre-existing dealer orders into my special order car, and it got here within six weeks. Meanwhile, I read on various websites about others who ordered Volvo XC60's at the same time I did, and who will not see their cars until January or February of 2012. I don't think I could have waited another 3-4 months for my new car, and I'm happy I ordered from Volvo of Princeton. More
