As I was waiting for a ride home from the dealer to start looking for a new car, I noticed a 2010 demo S80 in the showroom. After a few questions with Brian McMahon, he suggested I take the car home while I was deciding what to do, and during that time, he would have my old car valued for a trade. I returned a few hours later, and we were able to negotiate a great deal. The process was easy, professional and there was never any pressure. There was a little confusion during the closing when the business manager noticed that a "loyalty rebate" did not apply to this deal since the car was a demo - this would have increased the price, but when he identified the issue, the dealership stood by their verbal offer. Tremendous. I am happy with the car, and I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Volvo of Princeton. More
