My daughter, who commutes 1 hour to Princeton for work, brought the car into the dealership service center when the Urgent SRS code (airbags) came on while driving on 195. John stated that the car should be diagnosed but that he could not guarantee it would be ready before 3pm. My daughter stated she would need to a car to drive home after work and attend classes in New Brunswick the following morning. He said there would be an update early afternoon. Within the hour, I received an email stated the car was promised by 4pm. Upon calling to check on the status at 2:40pm, John was incredibly disrespectful and patronizing towards my daughter. I called him immediately afterwards and he was just as disrespectful towards me. The experience was horrible and we will not return to the dealership for service or the purchase of future Volvos (I currently own 4). More
