Assistant General Manager, Mike Battaglia and Sales Ambassador, Kathy Evans took their time to understand what my wife and I were looking for and found the perfect vehicle: 2018 XC60 Inscription. Even though this was not a brand new vehicle, it did not matter. The whole sales process was seamless and straightforward. None of the going back and forth and spending countless hours working out the deal like we had at other dealerships. One night Mike and Kathy spent as much time as we needed and got to know us better. Mike lives in the same area that we do, so most of the night we were talking about local restaurants. We feel this was not just to sell us a vehicle but just to make sure we are making the right decision and feel welcomed as family. Making us feel like family and not just a customer, goes a long way with us. So much so, that two weeks later, we put together a second deal for the same vehicle just a different color. I am sure they does not happen often. We are now proud owners of 2 2018 XC60 Inscriptions. Looking forward to years of driving these amazing vehicles. We should have came to Volvo years ago. More

Went to another Volvo dealership first and they completely turned me off. Decided to drive a little further out to Princeton Volvo and felt comfortable right away with Joselyn. My mom wants to get a new Volvo in the next year or so and I told her to drive the extra 35 minutes to buy from Princeton! More
