It was my second visit to Volvo Cars Seattle and I guess that was the charm! The staff was welcoming and engaging. The facility was clean, comfortable, and showcased a few models for close inspection. Alex, that was the charm! The staff was welcoming and engaging. The facility was clean, comfortable, and showcased a few models for close inspection. Alex, my sales person, filled me in on several features of the vehicle I was interested in. We went on a test drive, and I got to try out the info screen, Polestar and Pilot driving options among others. He was courteous, accommodating, and positive, making me feel at ease as I drove the car, and later during the discussion about the possible purchase. The financial manager, Mark, was also pleasant and helpful, explaining the financial side of the purchase and warranties available. Ultimately, I drove off the lot in a new 2026 Volvo XC40.
