While we are not the typical people you would probably see in a Volvo Dealership, we never felt looked down upon in any way. Everyone was extremely helpful. Our salesman, Brady Crosby, took his time with us, got to know us and made the entire process as smooth and headache free as he could. Once we moved into the Finance office with Chantelle Smith she carried on that experience with her warm, welcoming personality and after all our signatures and initials we both walked out with smiles on our faces and drove home in our newly purchased Jeep.
