My wife LOVES her new 24 Volvo XC90 B5 AWD SUV daughter who we named Sasha and yes we name our vehicles lol. We shopped several dealers and gave our best offer to our Sales rep Jambo Jambo who went immedia who we named Sasha and yes we name our vehicles lol. We shopped several dealers and gave our best offer to our Sales rep Jambo Jambo who went immediately to work for us and was able to beat the lease number and lock us in. We chose a color we liked but were not familiar with and when we arrived as we drove from North Florida 4 plus hrs one way we didnt like it as it looked totally different in person. We explained it to Jambo and he was able to make a call and secure us the color we really wanted and THANK HIM VERY MUCH for going the extra mile to get the color my wife wanted. He also took the time to go over every option and feature to make sure we were totally comfortable on how everything worked as well which we really appreciated. We will refer family/friends to Jambo for any of their needs and would strongly encourage you to give him your best deal to beat as we did you will not be disappointed he will work tenaciously for you as he did for us!!! More

Purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2019 Volvo S60 from Volvo Tampa and have faced nothing but issues. Employees lack knowledge of their own products & packages while service refuses to look into customer’s legi Tampa and have faced nothing but issues. Wish I would’ve known how unprofessional this dealership is before spending $45,000 on a lemon. Drive past this dealership to another one and save yourself the headache and hassle I am having to put up with. More

After visiting various dealers in Tampa we stop at Volvo on Dale Mabry Highway. What a difference, we were and Infiniti customer for the past 6 years until now. We went to buy a car on Infiniti and for our on Dale Mabry Highway. What a difference, we were and Infiniti customer for the past 6 years until now. We went to buy a car on Infiniti and for our surprise they were very disrespectful and with taker or leave it attitude. . My wife and I decided to visit various dealer on Dale Mabry highway and they had the same attitude due to the fact of shorter of inventory and a higher demand on the market. We stop at Volvo and what a difference, since we walk in they were very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable of their cars. Within and hour we had our credit check and approved with a better interest than our bank by .50 basic point. We were amaze with Hicham and Lakish they went out of their way to be of service and explained all the great features of our new car. We returned because we needed extra help and they went out of there way to make and solve all of or doubts. We can stop talking to our friends about your excellent service experience. We are very happy with our new Volvo XC 60. More
