To say that my experience with Mike G and JT was unusual speaks volumes about both the positive interactions at Volvo Tampa and the generally dismal situation I've been exposed to at other dealerships. And with the exception of my Porsche purchase in Sarasota (also quite easy) this was by far the best experience. A quick Friday after work to see the car, a test drive the next morning with my wife (the car was for her) was delightful. Everyone was professional and friendly. Michael made it easy and fast. Super nice guy. JT (finance guy) was awesome and knows how to treat customers well. A bit of a lost art at most dealerships, I'm afraid to say.
