disgusting service not worthy of volvo brand -dealer made us walk in the rain to a jam packed lot to inspect our vehicle of choice in spite of our request to pull it out from the lot for a test d -dealer made us walk in the rain to a jam packed lot to inspect our vehicle of choice in spite of our request to pull it out from the lot for a test drive/inspection -vehicle was not available for a test drive because the lot was jam packed with unsold cars making it very difficult to get in and out of vehicles. Doing so in the rain is a downright liability for vovlo (slippery and unsafe in tight quarters) -dealer was rude and lashed out at my wife when she asked for a better deal (it's ok to push back on price but it must be done respectfully which was not done) -we walked away with a firm conviction that the level of service offered by this dealership does not warrant paying them a penny -I would strongly encourage Volvo corporate to reevaluate entrusting their brand to a sub par dealer franchise that is Volvo of Walnut Creek. Instead of being an enabler, this dealership does everything possible to prevent you from owning/leasing a Volvo. A truly disappoint consumer experience. I wanted a Volvo and went with a competitor because of Volvo of Walnut Creek. More

Disappointed with Reduced Service: a take away I have been coming to this location for nearly 15 years. Previously it was Lawrence Volvo and now Volvo of Walnut Creek (new ownership). I always appr I have been coming to this location for nearly 15 years. Previously it was Lawrence Volvo and now Volvo of Walnut Creek (new ownership). I always appreciated the level of care and service and having a loaner car that was comparable to what I was driving. I called to schedule my service appointment and requested a loaner as I have for all these years. I was informed that their policy changed Jan 2019 and no longer provide a loaner but would give me a $20 voucher toward a rental car and I would have to pay the difference. It is said people remember how you make them feel vs what you say to them. This left me feeling my years of being a loyal customer is not appreciated by Volvo Walnut Creek. I will seek out alternative service options for my Volvo and rethink where I go when I decide to make my next purchase. Disappointed. More
