Horrible experience. Went ther in February of 2023 and spoke to Stephanie regarding a lease. She took down all my information but never got back to me. She never called so I decided I give it another shot and call She then s as maser my call and again took down all my information and said she had a client and would call me as soon as possible. A week later still haven’t heard from her. So unprofessional or maybe they don’t need my business. Would never go there again or recommend anyone Is this dealership that busy that they don’t return you calls? Unbelievable!! I’ll take my business elsewhere. More

Christian showed remarkable patience as I decided between two models. Albert , the finance manager, worked together with Chris to resolve an issue that came up at the last minute. In the end Albert made the financing of the lease easy and almost fun. I can't say enough wonderful things about the team at this dealership!(I must say that while I briefly considered switching to another brand of auto my good feelings towards this dealership was an important part of my decision to stay with Volvo.)
