Wanted to share that Noah was amazing! We came in knowing exactly what we wanted. Noah asked a few questions to ensure that we were aware of all the options available - which I do appreciate, but ne knowing exactly what we wanted. Noah asked a few questions to ensure that we were aware of all the options available - which I do appreciate, but never tried to “sell” us on what we didn’t want. There is a huge difference between being a responsible and informed customer service professional and what one traditionally experiences when going to select an automobile. The transaction went incredibly smoothly and we were trained up (they wanted us to understand how to access every option before we left) and driving the car within 48 hours. Considering we came in late on a Saturday afternoon, this is impressive. More
