Scott Roten called me first thing Wednesday morning and we scheduled a test drive. On arrival I was met Scott and was immediately handed off to a Sales Associate, a typical dealership practice. However, after meeting Kyle Coro, and taking the test drive with him, not only did I learn more about the dealership, and what they can offer me as a client, but I learned a little about Kyle and his family. Kyle is a military brat like myself, and he also served his country. (again, thank you and your family for serving). I then met with Mark Morgan, and we struck a deal. After signing a few papers with James Forham, I was able to leave the dealership in my NEW used car. Wonderful experience at Volvo of Winston Salem, well worth the drive from Charlotte. More

I have purchased many cars/trucks/SUV's and I must say that everything from making the deal 1.25 hours away from the dealership to visiting the very nice showroom, to getting a well made cappuccino and walking out the door with a new XC90 was by far the best experience I have had working with a dealership. Unlike other organizations, each member of the team we happened to even pass in the hallway, was extremely courteous and helpful. This experience was the opposite of the usual "buying a car" experience that most of us deal with whether we want or need a new car. More

It was raining the day we bought our Volvo, and instead of having us walk around the lot in the rain, Collin brought cars from the lot that he thought we would be interested in and parked them under the covered shelter (with the red carpet runner, so appropriate as we felt we were getting the red carpet experience)for us to look at and consider.The staff were so welcoming , helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us the personal attention that is rare to find these days and worked to ensure we were completely satisfied throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this dealership and I will return when I'm ready to buy my next Volvo. More

I never felt pressured or pushed to buy. They were accommodating and the service has continued to be outstanding since the purchase. I would recommend the dealership for anybody looking for a new or used car! More

Great Experience they remember the needs of their customers I had gone in to get a pre owned R Design which was initially a owner car and was not with the dealership. But later after a month the car was got into the dealership and they gave me the first opportunity to buy the car before putting it online for the rest of the market. That was pretty helpful and shows how concerned they are for customer satisfaction. The quality service and promptness in replies is very good. I was helped by William Robertson from sales department who was my point of contact during the entire process described above. He is not only technically skilled but also has lot of patience to be in touch and answer every question I had. I would definitely recommend the dealership if the choice of your new car is Volvo.
