Excellent in all aspects from drop-off to pickup! I purchased my 2005 Volvo S60 from a private seller in January 2016. Everything was fine until August, when a nasty electrical failure uncovered several major electrical and mechanical issues lurking "below the surface". After receiving quotes from several independent shops and another Volvo Service Center, I chose Volvo of Winston-Salem. I dropped my car off on a Sunday (used the key dropbox), and it was ready for pickup the following Wednesday morning. Angela made the entire experience reassuring and completely transparent; she answered all of my questions without hesitation and made sure that I had full control of what was to be done. Also, my car was returned to me in white-glove condition both inside and out. True, "old-fashioned" customer service is their standard, and anyone who says true customer service at a car dealership is a thing of the past has apparently never set foot in Volvo of Winston-Salem! More

First time buying from Volvo W-S. I had looked on line for new and used Volvo XC70's. A prompt reply to my inquiry was made by Scott (sales).
