I drove there from Maryland after I found the car of my dreams on their website and would do it again to work with Ben Humphrey, Salem Kirby and the rest of the Triad Team! The car was exactly as they portrayed it, the photos online were representative of the car and there was nothing hidden or exaggerated to enhance the sale. The price was very reasonable and we were able to arrive at a deal over the phone with Salem's help. I met one of the managers, Les Young, and Ameer Watkins, who helped me with all the paperwork. Again, they could not have been any nicer and were happy to offer their time to help me. Even the service department made time to check my son's Volvo after we discovered an unusual noise on the drive down. They were able to repair the car and even washed it before we left! I was so impressed with how much time Ben spent with me to insure I was comfortable with all the features of my new S80, and there were a lot! He was knowledgable, patient, kind and fun to work with. Everyone at Volvo of the Triad was polite, friendly and extremely helpful and I encourage anyone searching for a Volvo to enjoy the same treatment as they purchase their car from that reputable and professional dealership! I came in with cash in had, knew what I wanted to pay, and we found middle ground and made it work. They really went the extra mile. Ben personally put extra attention into the preparation of the vehicle and delivered it to me (250 miles away) himself, on his day off.
