We live an hour and a half away, but it was absolutely worth the trip to purchase our 2016 Volvo XC90. Salem Kirby is fantastic. She helped me with every step of the process so when we arrived, we were ready to take delivery. Highly recommend Salem to anyone looking for a Volvo. No pressure, very responsive, no games… The entire staff was friendly, courteous, went out of their way to introduce themselves to us while there. They have a program called Family First and it seems to carry over to the way the staff treats each other and their clients. Selection of XC90’s was significantly better than the other two dealerships in the region where I live. Everything was EXACTLY as described and promised. The paperwork process was awesome as they are using a new desktop screen and eForms for all your documentation, then give you electronic copies on a Volvo USB stick. James Fordham did a fantastic job getting us through the paperwork process smoothly. Scott Roten helped us with the tutorial on the features of the XC90. Stayed past close to make sure my wife was comfortable and didn’t have any more questions… Thanks Salem Kirby for making such a great first impression with our first Volvo purchase! More
