He also provided proof of what items that were brought up to standard. The car was practically new! The experience was seamless and pleasurable. I would recommend Volvo of Winson Salem to anyone looking for a new car as well a used car. They make sure that when the car leaves the lot, it is in its best quality. They do a great job. More

He took inventory of where I was in the process and facilitated a VERY easy car purchase. Since I am 3 hours away, he personally met me halfway in Charlotte at a sister dealership with all closing paperwork and my new vehicle, and drove my trade-in base to Winston Salem. At Volvo of Winston Salem online and a week later we brought home our new car. Salem was unbelievably accommodating in answering all questions over the phone or via text. She made us feel as if we were her most important customer from start to finish. She was 1 and 1/2 hours away but earned our business merely on her diligence and attention to our needs. Once at the dealership, I was just as impressed. The staff was fantastic and worked together seamlessly. William spent hours We me teaching me the ins and outs of our new vehicle.
