Ordered a 2021 S60 in spring of that year ---- the midst of the pandemic. A few weeks after placing our order, and through no fault of the dealership, Kevin informed us that Volvo had cancelled orders for s of the pandemic. Kevin offered to refund our down payment or honor our deal on a '22 model, which was what we did. Delighted with the car, the sales process and subsequent two years of annual service visits.
