Trip interruption My husband and I were on our way to Ohio when the check engine light came on. We were about 30 minutes outside Louisville and so I called ahead to see My husband and I were on our way to Ohio when the check engine light came on. We were about 30 minutes outside Louisville and so I called ahead to see if we could bring our car in. Michael Brown said to bring it on in and asked which direction we were coming from and gave us directions. Upon arrival they got us right in. The bad news was that a clamp needed to be replaced but the part was not in stock and would have to be overnighted. Michael bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of by giving us hotel information, restaurants in the area and a loaner car to use. We were not happy because this is a new car and did not expect any issues on our trip but things do happen. Michael was very professional and accommodating which made a bad situation better. If I lived closer to Louisville this is where I would be buying my next car and where I would have it serviced. Exceptional employees and exceptional service. More
