Todd kept us updated, After a half hour, Todd let us know shuttle was still not available and telling us that our service would be complete in another 30-45 minutes. So even if the shuttle was available, it would probably not be enough time to go to the mall. More

Fabulous service I was really delighted with the service that I received. They worked really well with my extended warranty (which I didn't realize was still in play), I was really delighted with the service that I received. They worked really well with my extended warranty (which I didn't realize was still in play), found a problem that had been misdiagnosed elsewhere, hooked me up with a loaner and were friendly and fast.
