Overall it was a good experience. I purchased a vehicle from out of state and felt comfortable with communication and service from the beginning. There were a couple small miscommunications internally between sales and finance services which is why I am giving a 4 instead of 5, but these were figured out and didn't cause too much delay of the overall process.
