Four phone calls never returned by service writer over a two day period. My car was taken in to have a couple of minor issues fixed including a rattle coming from the passenger interior light. I was told by the service underwriter the rattle from the trunk was fixed, which by the way was never an issue. My explanation of where the rattle was coming from was totally ignored and now I’m having to take it back again to have it fixed. More
