Cal was a great salesman. However my experience lacked with the actual car that was sold. We were told that the 2017 bmw 330xi had recently went to BMW for service and a check up. Upon my first day I found the cabin air filter horrendous. It was so dirty that I could not even use the AC. Now you would think this being so small that they would have changed it right? But no. And knowing people that have worked used cars at dealerships I know this should have been changed. Now the real kicker… the oil. How do you not even perform an oil change on a car that you wish to sell, but preach that to have great service (and cars). Clean oil is a must for any vehicle. But since this was overlooked and not changed my brand new(to me) bmw has found it’s way in the shop due to the negligence of basic service. Stranded trying to get to work, as the check engine light glared, I was shocked and scared and thought that my hard earned money has now went to waste and I was going to spend a fortune trying to fix. With this being within the first week of ownership I thought maybe calling the dealership would help, but instead I was told that the gas cap was loose… which was not the case and was actually more severe. So before purchasing anything used from here I would recommend taking it to a certified mechanic or shop to have it over looked because just when you think you have made one of your dream purchases…. BAAAAAM there’s a coolant leak, an oil leak, a check engine light, 2 bad Vannos, and a stinky cabin air filter. ***UPDATE*** Mr. Carlos V has been in contact with me, and he asked to send in the invoice from the shop the car had the service at and he reimbursed me for most of what I had to pay. So thank you for that. More
