Misdiagnosis Twice in the shop, wasted 4 days , $2700 later not a discount or apology. Only thing the manager had to add “master mechanic got yelled at”. Missed $600 in Lincoln Center tickets for Thursday night due to the ‘misdiagnosis of Volvo of Queens ‘. Spent 4 hours waiting for Volvo On Call Thursday evening and to top ot off, my rear bumper is ALL SCRATCHED die to a security car pushing away from harms way when the car stalled Thursday at 1:56 pm. I picked up the car at 12:45 or 1 pm. Sane problem. . Pickup my car, not washed snd to top it off, rear sits muddy and mud prints all over car. Cleaned the mud si my daughters could sit. More

Unimpressed Morning, To be quite frank, I'm not impress at all. First and foremost, as a first time Volvo client and first time experience at the service depa Morning, To be quite frank, I'm not impress at all. First and foremost, as a first time Volvo client and first time experience at the service department, I didn't know I had to make an appointment for a loaner vehicle. I had to wait 2hrs for my vehicle to be serviced and I was 2hrs late to my job which started at 11am. Secondly and most important of all, my alignment isn't even corrected. The steering wheel is still off center to the right. And for a rep to say it's wear and tear when I explained that I left the dealership with the alignment off is absurd. It's a 2020 new car and it should be covered w/o any issues or worries about payment. Compared to Lexus, whenever I bring my other vehicle, I have no issues or concerns about anything. They give me a loaner everytime and customer service is great. I am displeased at how Volvo treats their clients especially new clients. More

Went to another dealer and right off the bet, they hit me with an extremely high quote. I hate negotiating down. Such waste of time and energy. Volvo of Queens offered a compelling offer right off the bet and I appreciated that because it saves me a lot of time. Brendan was courteous and professional. He never called me to push me. We exchanged emails the whole time giving me a lot of breathing room to think through. During this whole time, the other dealer kept calling me every other second which pissed me off even more. Unfortunately, Brendan couldn't be there when I needed to pick up the car but his colleague, Dishen was more than professional. Although it wasn't his sale, he treated with the utmost respect and care. He even took his time to walk me through some of the improved features from the old model I had. I never felt like I was being pushed around or being sold for unnecessary warranties and services, which many other dealers often do at the end of closing. They offered and I said no, and that was the end of the story. They never tried to persuade me. When my lease ends, I'll surely return to Volvo of Queens. More
