Disappointed Prior trips to this service center were never outstanding but they got the job done. On my most recent visit, service just fell off the charts. Brou Prior trips to this service center were never outstanding but they got the job done. On my most recent visit, service just fell off the charts. Brought the car in for routine maintenance and also asked if they can check my cross bars, appears one of the bars wasnt installed correctly. The service center called and said i needed new brakes, along with rotors. After some consideration, i agreed to have the work completed by the service center. This was pricey but figured to let the authorized dealer take care of it. And again requested that they check my crossbars. Upon picking up the vehicle, i asked if anyone checked the crossbars- and yes was the response. Upon a quick inspection, it didnt appear anyone looked at it. Someone from the parts dept was called to look at it, and he said he didnt have time and i’d need to make another appt for this. I got home and called, left 2 messages. Its 2 days later now and nobody has called me back. This has been the worse experience at any service center. More

Dealership aims to please! When I returned to Volvo of Queens to research a new XC60 (we were the dealership's second customers three years ago when they opened), I was met by a When I returned to Volvo of Queens to research a new XC60 (we were the dealership's second customers three years ago when they opened), I was met by a knowledgeable, but not pushy, salesman. After investigating our options, I returned months later to further discuss the car and the current leasing programa. I had a specific color combo as well as features in mind. Our salesman, Peter, and the manager found that car for us and had it at the dealership the next day for me to see and drive. We negotiated a great lease rate, and the rest of the process went quickly and smoothly. When I went to pick up the car, Peter (very patiently!) walked me through its technology and features. He also encouraged me to return anytime for a "refresher" course. Additionally, the business manager, Matthew Villacas, came in after hours to accommodate my husband' busy work schedule in order to complete our paperwork! More
