Customizing service to my needs I have to come for my service from several hours out of town. I do as much maintenance on my vehicle as possible since I like it well taken care of an I have to come for my service from several hours out of town. I do as much maintenance on my vehicle as possible since I like it well taken care of and it is always a full day event to go into town to get work done. It means taking time off from work and a waste of a full day, so I try to make the most of my day in town. As Steve has come to know how I care for my vehicle and my needs, he has really done an excellent job working with my schedule and getting what I need done quickly and efficiently, and the service has been wonderful. This last time I went in for service, I also wanted a part that I knew would be difficult for me to find on my own since it would even be difficult to identify. Jesus was amazingly helpful, kind and a joy to work with. He not only found the part, but he gave me a nice discount and had it shipped directly to me so that I would not have to go into town to pick it up. Jesus was one of the most pleasant customer service reps I have ever worked with in my time. Yes, I would definitely recommend Tucson Volvo to anyone needing service or parts, especially if Steve or Jesus are helping you! More

My new Jetta I found my vehicle on Cargurus and emailed Volvo of Tucson where it was located. The car was exactly as expected, drove beautifully, and was in my price range. I took the appraisal of my current vehicle, which the dealership honored, and drove away in my new Volkswagon Jetta in less than 3 hours. All in all, it was a no hassle experience and I would recommend this dealership. More

Above and Beyond I went the dealership yesterday in search of some fasteners to 're-attach the bumper cover to the bumper not only did Juan Lerma locate the fastenes, I went the dealership yesterday in search of some fasteners to 're-attach the bumper cover to the bumper not only did Juan Lerma locate the fastenes, he went out to my car twice in the rain to make certain that I knew how to properly install the fasteners.
