This dealership completely changed my mind on that. From walking in, everyone was helpful, kind and open to discussing car options that were within our budget. Unacceptable treatment and deceptive business practices I have experienced at your dealership, which has left me without a vehicle, financially compromised, and under immense stress.My experience since purch have experienced at your dealership, which has left me without a vehicle, financially compromised, and under immense stress.My experience since purchasing this vehicle has been incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The facts of my situation are as follows:Deceptive Sales Disclosure: The vehicle was sold to me as "Certified," yet it has cracks across the windshield, scratches on the rear, a dead key battery, and a dirty rear windshield. Contract and Financial Alterations: The final financial contract I was given changed the numbers and terms we previously agreed upon, No Vehicle and No Communication: I traded in my previous vehicle as part of this transaction. Your dealership now has both my old car and my money, leaving me with no transportation. Furthermore, your team is actively ignoring my emails and messages.Selling a non-compliant vehicle under a misleading "Certified" status, altering agreed upon contract numbers, and ignoring a customer leaving them without any vehicle is completely unacceptable.I request that you immediately address the condition of this vehicle, provide a full refund and return my trade-in vehicle.I expect to receive a reply from a member of your senior management. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau, report these deceptive practices to the Federal Trade Commission, and involve legal counsel.I look forward to your immediate response.
