We worked with them for a couple of weeks to get our dream vehicle negotiated, along with trade-in, and I was ready to drive from Montana to pick it up. We then signed a mutual Purchase Order and went t dream vehicle negotiated, along with trade-in, and I was ready to drive from Montana to pick it up. We then signed a mutual Purchase Order and went to buy it… only to learn they didn’t actually have the title! My bank wouldn’t cut the check until they had the title (naturally, what bank would take that risk with no title?) so we waited for them to get the title so we could buy it. While waiting, with a mutually signed PO (a legal document), we learned they had sold the vehicle to another party. Not only is this potentially illegal, it is downright shady. Yes it was sitting on their lot, but they chose to sell it without the title in hand. I would avoid this dealer at all costs since they don’t play by the same rules they ask you to play by. Very disappointed in the entire experience. More

Bought an extended warrenty (which was way over priced), after selling the car Wackerli needs to cancel the contract and refund the balance. It's been three weeks since the loan has been paid, we've called three times and the last time we were told there is another form to fill out and they would email it to me. Didn't show up and I'm going to have to call again and get more forcefull. They also tell me they will take 90 days to "process" the paperwork so our refund will take now 4 months minimum to recieve. Do not buy an extended warrenty from these crooks! More
