Literally the best car buying experience I've ever had. I ordered a car fresh from Japan in the wake of COVID (a tall task indeed), and Wagner made everything so easy. Bought a new 2021 Crosstrek Limited back in October, first oil change was due in late April. Drove down on a Friday morning for the no appointment necessary "Subaru Express Service" ... which was awesom first oil change was due in late April. I just bought a used car from Wagner Subaru on 11/30/21 and found out on 1/2/22 that a fuel line is rusted through and leaking a significant amount of gas. Cost of the repair is around $1000. I paid $6400 and found out on 1/2/22 that a fuel line is rusted through and leaking a significant amount of gas. Cost of the repair is around $1000. I paid $6400 for the vehicle and find out before I even buy plates for it that it has a serious and expensive defect. I got the fuel line replaced and then a couple weeks later the car starts shifting very hard, even jerking at times, when going from first to second gear. I bought the car with 101,188 miles and the car now has 101,590 miles. I take it back to my mechanic and he tells me that the vehicle is showing codes for the transmission. I have only driven the car approximately 500 miles since buying it and I have had to replace a fuel line and now I rebuild the transmission. The manager from Wagner Subaru asked me to call him after the fuel line issue to discuss what happened. He told me since I already replaced the fuel line there was not really anything he could do to help out now, but if I ever had another issue with the car to call him back. I have called him multiple times now for the transmission and he will not return my phone call. More
