Awesome staff , both sales and service!! Jon Keggins was a great sales person. No pressure, very helpful. Overall Great Place Growing up my parents always used waites so when it came time to buy my own vehicle I knew exactly where to go. My car buying experience was fantastic Growing up my parents always used waites so when it came time to buy my own vehicle I knew exactly where to go. My car buying experience was fantastic and John went above and beyond throwing in some extras and working with me to understand it all (I was a bit clueless at first!). Growing up with a mechanic as a Dad, I was unsure at first whether or not I wanted to have my car serviced anywhere else. I have been nothing but pleased with the service aspect of things, from the friendly nature of the service writers to the thorough job done by the techs. Keep up the great work, Waite Toyota crew! More

Always great service I have never had a bad experience with the service department. They are friendly and knowledgeable. When I wait while my car is being serviced , it’s I have never had a bad experience with the service department. They are friendly and knowledgeable. When I wait while my car is being serviced , it’s never been longer than predicted. They never Check filters and fluid levels which I greatly appreciate. I have no reason to take my car elsewhere.
