Buyers beware! I purchased a used vehicle years ago from Waldorf ford and had such a great experience I thought why not go there again for my next one. Huge mistake I purchased a used vehicle years ago from Waldorf ford and had such a great experience I thought why not go there again for my next one. Huge mistake. Not the same management. This younger team lacks integrity. Felt dishonest and lied to. They will tell you anything to get the sake and when you try to follow up on what they promised afterwards, they turn their backs and you are left out in the cold. Calling, texting no real answers kept getting the run around. The Engine light came on a few weeks after purchasing and was told they don’t work on our car and the warranty they sold us out of 27 local shops only one took it like it was the plague, and it doesn’t cover nothing. We feel like we were robbed and deceived. I have sent several friends and family members elsewhere cause I didn’t want them to experience what we are currently going thru. Save your self time, money and peace of mind and go somewhere else. More

I wasn’t satisfied with what they told me about the grill the chrome part of the grill in the center. They told me that a piece of it was broken off and the other side is loose and they said #Warranty doesn’ the chrome part of the grill in the center.
