I broke down Friday evening after service was closed and I was 70 miles from destination. The service mgr was great. Pulled car in shop and in spite of heavy schedule had me on road by 1 PM next day. Brought a Gen10 Civic in to get two a/c parts replaced that failed at 40k. Honda estimated repair at 2-3 hrs, but it took 5.5 hrs. I figured they must be going over and above, but then I got the car back that failed at 40k. Honda estimated repair at 2-3 hrs, but it took 5.5 hrs. I figured they must be going over and above, but then I got the car back and it wasn't washed. I thought service departments always wash the car. When I got home, I popped the hood to examine the work and found my radiator cover loose. All 8 clips were missing. Two more clips were missing on the rubber stripping at the corners above the headlights. I ended up finding the radiator cover clips tucked up by the wipers on the cowl. I put them back in myself even though a couple had been broken during removal. Never did find the other two clips. More
