"Professional "

Robert in the service department was very professional and patience with me. My AC stopped working and he saw how frustrated it was for me especially with a 10 month old baby. He kept me informed of what the steps were being taken to resolve the issue. He even allowed me to come in on a Saturday morning to diagnose the problem, because I could not make it to Waldorf before 4pm during the week.

"Good Service"

We took our car in for an oil change and tire rotation.. We made an appointment over the phone, changed it to another day online without any problems. They emailed a confirmation right away. A person called 2 days before the appointment to confirm. I was also able to move the appointment 30 minutes earlier due to my schedule. We then arrived 30 minutes early and Heather Sylvis, service advisor accommodated us and said it would take 1 hr.. The car was ready in an hour and we were on our way. Great!

"Would’ve gotten a 5"

The service I receive is always top notch, but this last visit the cashier called my work number to tell me my car was ready, while I was sitting in the waiting room. There is no telling how much time I wasted because she didn’t bother to call my name out in the waiting room. I interrupted her cellphone time I suppose. I left in a bad mood. Heather was great but the cashier ruined my experience.
