I dropped my car off the night before my oil change service. I also suspected I needed brakes. received a call 25 minutes after the service department opened to say my car was ready. My service technic service. I also suspected I needed brakes. received a call 25 minutes after the service department opened to say my car was ready. My service technician was Chris. After my service, I noticed the inspection report showed discrepancies compared to my last report. The mechanic marked a continuous green line through the report to indicate everything was good. Chris texted me to see how the service went and I asked about the discrepancies. I never received a response. I took my car to another mechanic a week later due to hearing noises from my brakes. Turns out, I needed new brakes and rotors. This is not my first disappointing experience with this department. We depend on the mechanics to prolong and maintain the safety of our cars. I have lost trust in this establishment. More
