I think the service center is ok. The waiting room is too small and lacking compared to other dealerships I’ve been. I had two issues with my previous service. One is they didn’t torque the lug so I had an oil leak until I returned. The second is I had heavy duty wear on all four tires due to front end misalignment. Meaning the last time you rotated my tires I needed an alignment and nobody said anything. I might not have needed four new tires like I did this time if they had warned me. I am considering a new dealership but I did like my service rep a lot. More
