I had a positive experience overall. The beginning of the process was exceptionally great. They listen to what I wanted and of course they tried to up sell at first but let it be after e The beginning of the process was exceptionally great. I was shown almost exactly what I wanted and they worked out the price and a fantastic warranty package as well for me. And fyi this was all started in the last hour of before closing and I had only wanted to see options and no intentions of purchasing a car at the time. But since it went so smoothly and the deal was in my ballpark. I really could not say no. I thank Waldorf team for the overall effort to help me that night. I would have gave five stars but one thing dropped it down by two. This was a certified used car. And I didn’t see at time of night the blemishes on the car. I took it back and showed them huge dents and scratches on the car. They took care of certain areas that stood out. I am greatful for that to be take. Care of. But I did think they would have fixed some scratches on the the rim to be fixed in the process and what mainly got me is that I asked them to clean this car in detail because of the inside looked like it had some dirt piled up in the center console. There is some sticky residue in the center console as well. That is why I asked them to clean it inside and out. I was told that wouldn’t be a issue that since they would have my car anyways they would clean it out as well. I took my car up to drop it off for unknown time. They gave me a loaner car to use for the time being. Again I thank you for that as well. I had my car for three days before dropping it off. And about three weeks later it was finally finished. So I picked up my car took a quick view in the night hours. It looked good at the time. Saw some of the rim damaged spots. But the door dents and other areas that really stood out was very clean and take. Care of. So I looked inside the car and saw the same dirt and my one piece of trash left behind to verify for myself if it was taken care of. Nothing was cleaned out. I texted and asked if they cleaned it and was told absolutely. I then replied that that is not the truth. The sticky residue is still in here. The piece of trash I left was untouched. I can understand the overlook or forgot to clean it when it was completed from body work. But to tell me that a department did do it and I got my own proof others is a lie and disrespectful. I can not blame one person because the car is passed to a department for this and another one for that. But a simple walk through would have seen this and simply said to me that they did not clean car because it was just sent back. Or it was forgotten. That alone would drop it down two stars. But it only is one for me. The other is a oversight of the paint protection package that I would have got via the loan. I couldn’t get it now because the check was already written and now I can’t get protection for paint rims and key’s because it wasn’t addressed to me before hand. To me that was a big perk to have and was taken away from me. More

After sitting in the Chevy/Cadillac dealership for over 5 hours, the day before arriving at the Honda dealership, I was in ABSOLUTELY NO MOOD at all to talk to another car salesman. In fact, we stayed in our hours, the day before arriving at the Honda dealership, I was in ABSOLUTELY NO MOOD at all to talk to another car salesman. In fact, we stayed in our truck looking for a vehicle. Chris Wade took the initiative to walk across the lot & up to our truck & ask how he could assist. I was very short & direct with him & said, "Look, I don't want to waste your time or mine. I don't have time to sit in a car dealership all night. I don't need financing & I already know what my budget is. All I need you to do is tell me how much this 2022 Honda Sport car cost (there was no sticker in the window) including tax, tags, & titles." Chris was not intimidated at all by my demeanor & immediately assured me that he would not waste either of our time. After I informed him of our budget, shortly after, he provided us with the total amount which was actually under our budget. I told him, I'll see him tomorrow after I pick up the check from my credit union. I was literally in & out in about 35 minutes. The following morning Chris followed up & ensured me that he'll have my vehicle clean, gassed up & ready to go upon my arrival. I even asked him to make sure he puts one of the blue bows on my new car, which he readily agreed. Upon my arrival, my car was showroom ready…bow & all. Chris greeted us in the lot & walked us straight to where we needed to go to sign the documents (Shanice Nurse). Once again, Chris, his manager (Andrew Charles), and the wonderful Honda associates had me in and out of the dealership in record time. My entire experience (from start to finish) with this dealership was an OUTSTANDING experience and I’ll be sure to recommend Chris and the Waldorf Honda dealership to ALL of my family and friends. This was HANDS DOWN one of the easiest car buying experiences EVER. More
