As always, what an amazing experience! As soon as I opened my car door, I was greeted by a gentleman who then took me directly to my my sales person (Emily). Emily was a tremendous help during this process, from explaining anything I had questions about to showing me all the features on my new 2023 Civic. I was then taken back to finance and had the pressure of being assisted by Dylan, he was very helpful & respectful, he took the time to ensure I had a full understanding of everything before leaving.
