Unfortunately I cannot go any lower than one star. I would like to thank Waldorf Honda for completely ignoring me not once, but twice. While I was waiting for my car to be repaired I walked over to th I would like to thank Waldorf Honda for completely ignoring me not once, but twice. While I was waiting for my car to be repaired I walked over to the dealership. I was considering trading in my 2005 CRV for a white 2020 Honda CRV. I was “greeted” by a salesperson who looked at me like I crawled out from somewhere she would rather not know about. This salesperson knew NOTHING about the cars she was attempting to “sell.” While I was being ignored twice by the used cars manager, I had the thrill of listening to the salesmen belch, swear, talk about a potential customers ethnicity and order a large bucket of spicy KFC for lunch. There were no other customers in the business. I walked over to the Ford dealership next door and was given wonderful customer service. Shea completely turned my day around. We test drove a few cars and ran numbers. What I find interesting is that I was given this exact same treatment 30 years ago. I don’t know if we just don’t respect women who walk in unattended or what the story is. The carpet was rolled out for my husband when he visited this dealership. Nice work Honda. I hope you accomplished what you set out to do. More
