And my finance manager "Dylan" was excellent as well. Overall a pleasant experience. The only criticism I have is the market adjustment price was absolutely ridiculous. Making a person pay more than MSRP is taking advantage of the customer. I was able to talk it down some, but it left me feeling a little taken advantage of and it felt greedy. I want to make sure this has nothing to do with the wonderful sales team. That is a dealership issue and I would give a zero on that if I could while the sales team gets a "5". More
