Terrible experience! Scheduled an appointment with Ashley on Tuesday (19 July) for a Friday (22 July) appointment for a leaking coolant. Arrived on time and only to be told that I was not on the schedule and the system. With that, I can only get a diagnostic done for $150 and schedule an appointment for another day to get the parts ordered for what repair that needs to be done. Basically, I will end up paying an extra $150 on top of a possible $1250 repair cost. I came all the way from Virginia and wasted driving 62 miles, 2.5 hours of lost time, and paying a bridge toll for nothing. It was a complete waste of my time. Totally unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Unfortunate because I had decent service done here before but this time, the appointment process failed to do one simple thing to facilitate the service. You can do better to a customer! More

I purchased a car from Stormy Workman-Hamilton online and Connie Mickens handled everything in person. Once the deal was hammered out, I called TWICE to confirm that my car was there on the lot ready. Double Connie Mickens handled everything in person. Once the deal was hammered out, I called TWICE to confirm that my car was there on the lot ready. Double checked color, model, everything and Connie said she was having it detailed as we spoke. I arrived and she quickly ushered me to have “one last look to be sure” at the other colors. When I said I was sure of what I wanted and went to check out my new car, I immediately realized it was not the one I had driven two hours for. Completely different interior/exterior color. And it was obvious even from outside. Connie responded with a laugh and a shrug and said “human error”, and said this was all they had and that was that. Time off work, two hours of driving, and called repeatedly to be sure everything was as agreed only to be lied to. It was clear that the car I wanted was never on the lot and Stormy had lied as well. As much as I hate buying a car and I did see another color I liked I proceeded with the purchase. The finance guy is Stormy’s son and the apple didn’t fall far - he was condescending and rude the entire transaction. I had previously bought here from Stormy and she was not honest, and reminded her of this and that I did not want a repeat but people don’t change. I will NEVER deal with these people again. Connie is no better. More

Waldorf Honda's service department is great! Made an appointment and brought my 2013 Honda CRV in to see what services I needed before putting it on the road for vacation travel.
