Dealership was clean and they seemed to have a lot of inventory available. Very easy to work with trading in a vehicle. Made an appointment and was taken care of. The two downsides were: 1. I was told my inventory available. Very easy to work with trading in a vehicle. Made an appointment and was taken care of. The two downsides were: 1. I was told my interest rate was going to be 4.99% by the sales associate which was incorrect. The finance department explained it to me what my interest rate was going to be (higher than what I was told). The 2nd downside was that I was told I would have 4 years of complimentary Hondalink remote but I actually only get 3 months. 4 years vs 3 months is a huge difference considering it’s $110 a year. Overall, it was a much more pleasant experience in a dealership than what I’ve experienced in the past. More

I was very impressed with Frank Carnucci. He was very patient with me and did not pressure me. He went out of his way to be available to meet with me, even coming in when he was not schedul He was very patient with me and did not pressure me. He went out of his way to be available to meet with me, even coming in when he was not scheduled to work. He spent a lot of time with me helping me find the vehicle that I wanted and helping me get it at a good price. He finished the deal by giving me a batch of homemade Italian cookies that he baked himself! I really appreciated that personal touch. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends. More
