I scheduled an appointment to get my AC fixed on a Wednesday evening. It was supposed to be done the same day, but when I arrived they said they wouldn't be able to look at it until the next day. I live an hour away and had to find a way home as I now had to leave my car, which they offered no solution. Didn't hear anything about my car the next day, so another day with no car and no way to work. They called me Friday and said it was ready to be picked up. I had to find another way there (again) since they had my only car. I was told it was low on freon and they refilled it, but I only had the car for 2 years, and got it brand new from the dealer. I have never heard of freon running out that quickly so I looked it up and average replacement is 5-7 years. Their explanation was that there was either a slow leak or the freon was not full when I purchased it, but it would not be covered under warranty. This is the exact opposite of what I was told when I dropped the car off. I purchased brand new and have only ever taken it to honda so I did not cause any damage, but still had to pay for what clearly was a manufacturer issue. When I spoke to the manager, I was dismissed and simply told "well you have to pay it, that's it." The customer service and overall experience here was horrendous and, when my lease is up next year, I will not be doing business with Honda again. More
