The service that was completed was excellent, as usual. However, i am disappointed that after five years, a problem with my air pressure sensors was recognized officially as a problem. I have no way of kno However, i am disappointed that after five years, a problem with my air pressure sensors was recognized officially as a problem. I have no way of knowing WHY my persistent complaints since the FIRST time i brought the car in for service were ignored. Now couple that with the fact that i find out that this problem is a KNOWN problem w Honda and they no longer make the air pressure sensors the same way in their cars BECAUSE of said problem AND my car is no longer under warranty and i am told that it will be close to $500.00 to correct the problem. I am not a happy camper. I feel taken advantage of to say the least. I have referred my daughter to your dealership and she has since bought TWO cars from you. I can assure you that i will NOT purchase another auto from your establishment because every customer should be listened to and not ignored, as in my case. Believe me, i will warn my daughter to BEWARE and to have EVERY issue she brings to your attention documented by you. To wait until my warranty is finished and then address an on-going problem that your company KNEW was an issue is not ethical, in my opinion. And if that is how you do business, i want nothing to do with it. Would you? And i praise Tony Reese for explaining the air pressure sensor problem to me as every other service person always brushed it off previous to this last visit. Helen Seawell More
