Two stars is being generous!! I will give them that because of my experience before I actually purchased the car. Initially it was the usual car dealership experience where they’re friendly, helpful an because of my experience before I actually purchased the car. Initially it was the usual car dealership experience where they’re friendly, helpful and attentive. The issues came the day after I actually purchased the car. Unless you have A LOT of time, patience and an extra vehicle to drive for the repeated trips you will need to make taking your vehicle back to Honda, DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! I made repeated calls for days about my vehicle and could not get my calls returned. The issues were only attempted to be resolved once we contacted the General Manager. My salesman wasn’t great but the management was the real disappointment. These people have no customer service etiquette once they have your money. They have managers that say all the the right things when you’re there but you won’t be able to get those same people on the phone again once you leave. I’m in the military so I definitely want to warn my fellow vets to take heed and spend your money where you’re appreciated AFTER the purchase. I bought a brand new car from them, expected to get everything I paid for and they treated me like I was asking for something extra. This experience has been so frustrating and stressful and I regret ever pulling into their lot. You can get the smiles at any dealership. Go somewhere that’s going to treat you right once the deal is finished! More
