Your entire staff was awesome in my time of need. I was 90 mins from home when my van starting acting up. Robyn was so kind and did not hesitate to listen to my concerns, as well as needing it fixed by 300 90 mins from home when my van starting acting up. Robyn was so kind and did not hesitate to listen to my concerns, as well as needing it fixed by 300pm to pick up my adopted puppy (why i was so far from home). I had it in there at 900am and it was completed by 1230pm. I even asked them to do an oil change while they were fixing the van as well. Their kindness prevented me from being more panicked than I already was. If I ever am in that area again and have van trouble, I would never hesitate to go back. I will always refer you to anyone who asks. More

This is late due to so much medical. It cannot possibly convey our GRATITUDE to Bernard for fixing the problem. It was honestly very frustrating as we had problems for quite some time. There were "many" times our vehicle did not start. We replaced the battery. We brought in and no issues found! The last service visit, I called as my husband is ill. I told Bernard I had a lot on me. **Bernard took care of the problem. We have never had a problem since.
