I read a lot of reviews on this SUV and thought that it would fit my needs. I made a request online and heard immediately from Brittney. She was very pleasant and g me the information I needed. I arranged to come in for a test rive and was assisted by Greg Smith. Gregg was very personable. He had the car waiting for me to test drive and was very helpful in providing me with the pricing information afterwards. I was provided additional information on financing by Stormy over the next few days. I made my decision and contacted your dealership. I was provided the link to complete my financing application online which was very easy. I was greeted by Gregg when I arrived. He had the car waiting for me and I was provided with the keys and other booklets by a very nice lady. The longest part of my purchase was signing my name to a ton of documents. Many more than I expected. However, I did appreciate it being computerized. Gregg was very helpful in assisting me to set up my car before I left i.e. radio stations, and my phone.He also extended his assistance to me in case i needed more help in the future. He was very personable and make my experience pleasant. I really appreciated you having sanitizing gel available for your customers and for not having too many people in your showroom. This is a very scary time and being careful to not expose ourselves to the virus is very important. I also appreciated your team wearing masks. He wasn't pushy or annoying like a lot of salespeople I've met and I respected that. 8 months later I returned ready to make a deal and I knew Frank was the right guy. I called him up, told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Same-day, had the paperwork prepared, car gassed up and ready to go by the time I got there. This was probably my best car buying experience I've ever had and would recommend anyone I know to Honda of Waldorf and to Frank. More
