In the mist of a pandemic Service was above average and my only concern is that I asked for synthetic oil change. This was missed on both occasions for both my car and my mini Service was above average and my only concern is that I asked for synthetic oil change. When I informed them of the mistake both the representative and the cashier were apologetic, accountable and we discussed how this will be avoided in the future. I love and respect a staff that takes ownership of mistakes. I would recommend southern Maryland Honda owners to bring their vehicles here. More

I was met upon arrival and directed to Brittany who had everything coordinated and ready for me. I immediately sat with Shakeil Hood to complete my paperwork. Then went directly to Will Norton in financing. Lastly, I took my test drive and then the vehicle was washed and the tank filled and I was on my way. The majority of my time was spent with Shakeil who is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. His final comment was if I needed any additional assistance with anything once I left the dealership to please not hesitate to call.
