We had already secured fina The sales and management team were great! The one drawback we experienced at the dealership was in the finance department. We had already secured financing through our credit union, however we decided to use Honda Finance to take advantage of additional incentives. When speaking with the finance agent, he provided two monthly payment options; one with the maintenance plan (a higher amount) and one without the maintenance plan (a lower amount). When discussing the lower payment without the maintenance plan, he casually mentioned that the lower amount included an extended warranty beyond the factory 36 month warranty. We felt that he intentionally included the additional warranty at a cost of $2000 and, had we not questioned the payment breakdown, would have slipped this warranty and cost into the paperwork mix that was already overwhelming. I would recommend any potential customer to review their draft sales contract prior to signing. The rest of the experience was great, but this one interaction almost ended the deal. More
