The process started over the internet, continued to text, and then on sight at the dealership. Reginald was waiting for me when I arrived at our agreed upon time (saw me pull up and walked out to introduce himself before I even got to the door). Every number and agreed-upon logistic of the sale that had been discussed over the past few days was honored once I arrived. Reg took the time to walk me through the purchase process, the specifics of my car, the trade in process, and everything along the way. He texted me follow ups, updates, and check-ins even after the sale was completed. No surprises, extra fees, or gotcha's. The few add-on's and dealer options that were offered, were offered once. If I expressed interest, we discussed. If I declined, we quickly moved on. I've purchased a number of cars from various brands and dealerships in my lifetime - some of which categorize as "luxury". NONE in my opinion compared to how my Accord purchase in February 2020 was conducted. More

Yet again...another awesome experience with purchasing my vehicle at Waldorf Honda! And then there's Mike Council, one of the managers...can't say enough about this fella! So personable and sells you on why you should buy a Honda! :) In my case....stay Honda! Never a dull moment with Mike. The finance guy, Will Norton was a pleasure as well. Extremely knowledgeable and yet another member of the team that encouraged me to stay a Honda customer!
